My name is Marilynn Poore. I have been working with EFT since Mar
2004 and have had some amazing insights about my purpose in life and
healing that I continue to do. I am curious about AFT from the info
about the 12 step program as I am an adult child of an alcoholic
father and a mentally ill/mentally retarded mother. Most of my
trauma I am dealing with has been from this environment I grew up
in. I became involved with the 12 step program first as a counselor
in the field dealing with this population and finally in my own
healing which had to encompass this same path. I am going to
download the free manual to read, but would love some dialogue from
others about AFT.
