You can tap the metabolism, impulse control and willpower formulas as much as necessary to keep your weight under control. I must point out that you will eventually have to deal with the fear of intimacy that fuels your weight problems or you will have a lifetime battle on your hands. As long as the attractor field is there the most that you can do is keep your symptoms a bay.

I was wondering if there is any particular method for doing the
weight loss sequences.
I have used the metabolism, impulse control, willpower AFT's and had
really good results as far as losing enough weight to reach my first
goal.
But I am finding that I keep slipping back.
Should I be doing these sequences every day or once a week?
