Hi Janet,
If you are like me, it sounds like you are doing a lot of formulas.
So I would suggest you have to use intuition as well, otherwise you
will just wear yourself down.
For example, for ODD, the EFC is supposed to be tapped three rounds
at minumum. I triple-tap each point once only - which is equivalent
to 50 rounds of single tapping.
The SR calls for 4X and I also do only one round of triple tapping -
equivalent to 50 rounds of single tapping.
Now for Dependence - It only calls for one round of single and more
depending on severity. I only do one round as I feel it is not as
serious a disorder and I can save my tapping energy to use elsewhere.
There seems to be some progress with it too!
If a formula is supposed to be done "Up to 10X" then if you do one
round of triple tapping I have done a full 50 round treatment.
At first when I began with AFT I felt the single rounds were a lot of
tapping, then I tried double and that was really a stretch - and now
I am doing more triple than I ever imagined I would do.
I have it down to almost a set of drum licks doing three sets of
double tens so to speak. So as long as I stay in the groove I don't
really have to count at all:-)
The reason I asked you about EFT was to let you know that there is a
series of videos on the Ultimate Therapist set that demonstrates
muscle testing, and surrogate muscle testing. I am not sure if I have
extra copies right now and my burner is not working right. But if you
ae interested I should be able to get copies to you.
I am also beginning to wonder if you maybe have too many tools! That
must be kind of overwhelming in itself. I have decided to only
concentrate on aobut two forms of EFT and AFT. And perhaps some more
knowledge on NLP. Creating rapport especially.
Sandi Radomski's work using a laser is really intriguing and I expect
that it might be used more. It is so simple because it uses laser
beams to disrupt the energy fields and only at one location normally,
and that is around the ear, where many meridians converge.
She lives not far from Dr. Ebert which means a person could get
training from both of them with one trip, if one plans it right.
