Good luck. The first 3 days were the only problem i had. I had a terrible
headache. After that i was fine. I just finished my 2 weeks induction
yesterday and am down 12 lbs. YEA ME!!..lol. Im planning on staying on it for
awhile longer because its the easiest diet ive ever been on and i have tons of
energy. I had to fix no bake cookies last night and that was a major test of
willpower. I dont think your supposed to have sodas on induction unless their
sweetened with splenda. Someone else will have to answer that for sure. You
eat lots of meat on induction and lots of eggs. If you dont have the book i
would advise getting it. It lists foods and has lots of good receipes too. I
think i got mine for 599 at walmart. Welcome to the group..lots of good advice
here.

far it's not so bad
because I don't really eat pasta and very little bread, my downfall
is saying goodbye to my sweet tooth LOL. So everyone wish me luck.
What do you all eat on induction? I just had a cheese burger with no
bread or anything, just burger and a slice of cheese. Also are diet
soda's ok if they have no carbs?
