Hi I started the Induction 2 weeks ago.

The first week I lost 3 lbs and the second I haven't lost anything...

I know I am in the ketosis but is this normal I hear about everyone
losing so much more weight.

I am following the diet exactly and I read The new book written by
Dr. Atkins but it doesn't seem to cover me.

Am I doing something wrong... I am not eating any carbs now to try
and kick start the weight loss.

any help
