Actually, diet sodas have aspartame in it (nutra sweet or sweet n
low) which actually do have a slight carb count (splenda does also!)
and there is a lot of talk about how bad it is for you. Aspartame
has increased a persons chances for depression for one thing. If you
do drink diet coke, I dont remember the exact carb count that you are
supposed to add to your total, but I think 1 can is around 5 carbs.
Its better to drink water! Rani
