Hi Barb, I know how easy it is to regain the weight because I've done
it too. I go to a different site now that is much more helpful than
this one because it has over 34000 members. It's address is
www.atkinsbulletinboard.com and there are groups on every subject
about Atkins and they also do challenges, recipes and tons of
support. Give them a try. I'm glad I did. I started atkins for the
2nd time 12 days ago and so far, so good. I've lost 9 lbs. On the
