What I find so fascinating is that such different things stall
different people. We are truly all unique and what works well for one
may stall the next person. I don't eat the bars and shakes because I
feel they stall me, but I do have the pancakes from the bake mix
recipe occasionally. Sometimes you have to lose a bit more slowly in
order to satisfy your appetite so that you avoid bingeing and going
off the wagon completely.
If I can stay under 20 carbs/day, and do the exercising, I am feeling
proud of myself, even if I maybe overindulge in sf jello and whipped
cream, for example. Experiment around and find out what works for you
and helps keep you eating correctly! It's an adventure!

Sometimes it gets a bit confusing and I noticed some discrepencies in
the atkins.com web site. I didn't have any grains, etc. on induction
and this week (#3) only had 2 low carb breads but it was worth it.
