I looked at what the Teacher Education pays its supervising teachers in
the secondary schools and broke it down to an hourly rate. Then I took
what we require as far as the athletic training student's clinical hours
and came up with our pay rate for our ACIs. It wasn't much but it was
how I could justify the cost to the administration. I figured it for
the entire semester.
