What do you believe the work of a clinical instructor is worth ... I
know their expertise is priceless ... but if you had to put a monetary
value to it, what might that be?

I am working with my department to create a proposal for Clinical
Instructor stipends and we are attempting to identify a fair amount of
remuneration.

Of the programs that provide a stipend or payment for clinical
instructors, what amount does your institution pay? Is this per
semester/quarter, year, student, or possibly average number of students
in one year?
