Public schools in PA now also require ACT 114 (federal background), in addition
to ACT 34 (state background) and ACT 151 (child abuse). The fingerprinting is a
required part of the ACT 114 clearance. Students first apply on-line, and then
they are instructed where to go for fingerprinting. Since all our students
rotate thru a high school setting, they are required to obtain the ACT 114. The
cost is $40. and they can register on-line.
