It is a requirement of our ATEP that each ATS arrives before double-days and go
through our yearly orientation session. When double-days start, they assist
with practices. We make it a requirement of the program.

We are an NAIA intuition, so our double days are only a week long. Our ATS
return to campus August 9th, double days start August 13th, and school August
20th so they have plenty of time to stay home and make money. They typically
don't complain about housing etc as our campus life department works with them
for housing. They eat with and when the athletes do in the cafeteria. The few
that we have who live off-campus typically have to start paying rent and move
into their apartment/house by August 1st anyway.
