I know of there have been some exchange program with JATO the Japanese Athletic
trainers Organization with some of theier athletic trainers spending some time
with major league baseball. I would say try PBATS first.
I believe that Canada has an athletic trainers organization as well, but I'm not
sure if their certification process is the same as ours. Hope this helps.
