RE: CPR instruction

I personally don't see a problem with requiring it (CPR certification)
as a requirement to get into a program. I do see a problem with just
requiring ARC. Even the NATA allows certifications from several
different organizations as long as that organization met the
competencies required for that individual to be at the Professional
Rescuer / HealthCare Provider level.
