Is anyone using or know of a computer program that is published
that develops a matrix for the clinical competencies being
taught in specific academic courses and/or in a clinical
setting? I have used the competency matrix from the JRC-AT
website, but this presentation of competency/proficiencies
wasn't comprehensive enough for demonstrating the learning-
over-time criteria or the documentation that the comp/prof
were being taught/evaluated in each class.

I apologize if this is redundant from previous discussion.
I have recently taken on our AT Program Director position,
and I'm trying to educate myself on the documentation needed
for our program and search out ways to improve the program.
This improvement being requested by the JRC-AT.

Thank you for your time and any insight you can give me.
Please make responses to the "listserv." Thank you.

Jennifer
