Please, would you sometimes copy my posts and send to Usenet groups?

Some center of control has banned me from posting to
Usenet groups since January 23, 2006.
All Usenet posts are archived and searched by Google Groups,
from which you can find all the posts today on any topic,
so that you can reply yourself, or copy
(Control A to Highlight, Control C to Copy to Clipboard,
Control V to Paste into a new post)
useful, appropriate posts by me or anyone.
I write my posts to this length to fit into Usenet and other
formats without distortion of the lines.
I was limiting my posts to alt.support.diabetes to about 10K,
about 3 pages, about twice weekly,
since they have so much daily traffic.

It's good Net etiquette to post to one group at a time,
no more than 5 at once.
Never quarrel, complain, or blaim, but always calmly, politely
offer referenced, helpful factual information,
slowly building up credibility,
and gradually influencing the overall climate of opinion.
Don't pay any attention at all to scurrilious, rude attacks.
You might pick just a few groups,
and gradually become a regular participant,
relevant to your own needs, skills, and tastes.
I've always given my full contact info for 7 years,
never getting any bad phone calls or snail mail, and a low level of spam,
without using a personal spam filter.
One key group for very sensible posts with a scientific slant is
bionet.toxicology, which is moderated.
We sure need some help with the many groups in world languages.
In mutual service, Rich
