After 13 Years of Diet Pepsi-Quit Today-Am Detoxing from Poison-Have   Message List

I suppose my denial has broken, cause today was the day I quit drinking the diet
pepsi..I have to admit I am addicted to it. I was working out and training so
many years ago, and switched to Diet. Six years ago I get diagnosed with
Fibromyalgia. After researching - I have symptoms of over 30 problems, these
symptoms all came from Aspartame Poisoning, and peoples personal stories, and I
have been living with them, thinking its Fibromyalgia. Does anyone know if my
Fibro will go away, if I take all aspartame out of my diet? I want to have
hope.

Patty - I drank 4-5 litres daily when first detoxing. Depending on a person's size, I have not heard of it being a problem, provided they don't drink 4 litres...
