Hi Kim (and Everyone else!!),

I avoid all 'fizz'. CO2 is not a healthy product to be
putting in your body ~ that's why we breath it out.

I also avoid anything made by the large drinks
companies (coke/pepsi/barrs/schweppes etc.). I speak
with my pocket.

As for your side effects, I suggest simply sticking to
water and lots of it ~ flush out your system, it may
take time but you'll feel better for it.
