I have been drinking diet coke since it came out. I was vice president of a
franchise that had a coca cola franchise as a subsidiary. My office was in the
coke plant, hence the habit began. I drink any where between 6-12 bottles per
day. How do I get off of this stuff. Last time I tried I had a head ache from
hell. I do have allot of other health issues such as, I.B.S., Crohns, Menieres,
Asthma, COPD, and other stuff. Do you think kicking the coke will make allot of
those symptoms disappear? Please help me by advising how to quit the stuff and
also how I can expect to feel. I am pleased to have found this site. Thank
