This E-mail List is a support group for the sufferers of aspartame poisoning, first and foremost. It is not a forum to debate the question of whether or not aspartame is damaging to your health. We are of the opinion that aspartame is harmful, based on our own experience. We believe that the victims of this poison, in most cases, after stopping the consumption of aspartame will reverse their symptoms. We want newcomers here to share their experiences, both as to how aspartame effected them or how it effected someone they know, and how they feel as they begin to recover from the symptoms of aspartame poisoning, as we would hope they will. Sharing, in any case, is very important here.

It is also our purpose to expose Aspartame as a poisonous additive. If you or any of your loved ones use this artificial sweetener, please join this list and talk with others who are victims fighting for the recall of aspartame and trying to educate others about its dangers. Besides just being a support group for aspartame victims, this is also a planning center for grassroots activists. We wish to spread the message to those who still suffer. We are not, in most cases, experienced activists. We are just a collection of sufferers of aspartame poisoning who cannot feel good about seeing this toxin still out there hurting others while we stand idly by. We share our experiences in our efforts to get the word out.
