Just to clarify: this appears to be a town meeting about "the future of education in CHCCS" not just EC programs. In fact, the handout I got from Scroggs doesn't mention EC once in the "critical issues facing CHCCS"
The handout I received posed these questions:
What is the mission of our district?
What goals should be set?
What measurable outcomes should we use to measure our success in meeting these goals?
How are we doing on these measures today?
What strategies need to be employed to achieve our goals?
Does this sound like the district is having an IEP for itself? Haha.
