Hi,

My name is Dotty Hoyle. I have recently moved with my family from
upstate New York to the Chapel Hill area. I am a special education
teacher with 20 years of experience working with children and young
adults with autism. I have extensive training in applied behavior
analysis (and the use of verbal behavior techniques). Prior to moving,
I had been working as a special education teacher in early intervention
and working privately for families who have children with autism,
ranging in ages from 5-22. While I have worked with children with a
wide range of need, most of my private practice has been with children
and young adults who have limited language, many who exhibit
challenging behaviors. I am interested in working with families in
this general area who may be interested in my services from 2-6 hours
