I know some buddys who have met a few nice honey's off of this kind of thing
(here is the place they used: http://www.funtimesaheadhere.info/retb , but what
do ya think? I think it is mad cool from what I saw at my buddy’s house, and iam
thinking of signing up later today. Basically it's a regular personalssite, but
with an instant message and Webcams system built in. Basically you join their
chat-room on their site it gives you a link to those people online in the
chat-room, their location, their picture, etc and at one click you can start
chatting to them over Webcam (even if you don't have one). Pretty nifty stuff I
think!

Wow, what a blast, what a trip actually. was kind of getting bored with the net,
was gonna get rid of my broadband and go back to 56k because i hardly used the
thing, and really, I didn't do anything much to need it. But last weekend
i found this crazy pickup thing, with webcmeras and all the gear. used to waste
my time trying to find gals on yahoo, but this place is like 100X easier. this
is the spot that made me decide to stick with my net for a bit longer

This message is about Human beings, Democracy, UNHCR, Refugees, The Iraqis,
Islam, Kurds, Human rights, Respect, Money, Donations, Angelina Jolie,
Pavarotti, Giorgio Armani, Donors, Peace, History, Campaigns and about you if
you care about these words.

Hi there,

I am SAM, an Iraqi refugee living in Lebanon at the moment; I have spent the
last 10 years of my life as a refugee registered with the UNHCR in Beirut. The
last 4 years, I have spent as an activist for peace and human rights (especially
refugees and asylum seekers) on the Internet; I'm also books author and ebooks
publisher. I have launched many campaigns to improve our situation as refugees
in Lebanon and hopefully bring more understanding to our problems worldwide. I
helped make many changes and improvements at the UNHCR office in Beirut; I used
the Internet as the field for my activities (you can read more about that in my
free ebook 'MY CAMPAIGNS'). All my ebooks are free and could be download from my
sites.

This is my newest campaign, it's about the illegal and humiliating actions of
the UNHCR, who using photos of refugees as banners and human-buttons to collect
money. This is an abuse of the dignity and humanity of the refugees and must
stop immediately and a clear public apology present by The United Nations High
Commissioner for Refugees. My friends, I am talking about the pictures you can
see here: http://www.cybamall.com/un1
Where you can read the rest of this message as web page.

Also you can read my new campaign 'Urgent, we need smile' here:
http://www.net4free.org/Arts/unhcr-lebanon/smile.html

For more info about UNHCR and life of refugees you can read my free ebooks. I
invite you as fellow humans and members of the world community to support my
campaign by reading my article on my site and see the human-buttons. The
campaign is to support and improve the UNHCR http://www.unhcr.ch especially
after the last scandals in the UN and UNHCR, just for example: The refugees
allege that UNHCR staff is selling most of the food items they are supposed to
be supplied.
"They aren't supplying sufficient food to us because they sell most of the food
items," they allege: http://allafrica.com/stories/200503140214.html

Here is another example: Burmese Refugees Withdraw Protest Against UNHCR
http://www.mizzima.com/archives/news-in-2005/news-in-april/12-April05-22.htm

"We make demonstration and fast because the UNHCR office in Cairo did nothing
for our problem..." http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/africa/4440730.stm

Together we will build better world.

You could reach me fast via this form: http://tbns.net/lebanon/email_me.htm
and if you like to know more about me, you can google for my name 'osam
altaee'.

i just entered this list out of interest in aromatherapy and losing
weight.
I´ll give just a short introduction of myself, since i don´t really
know what the policy is here, if i should tell more, let me know.

My name is Mirjam, i am 29 years old and want to loose about 40
kilos (which is in pounds about 90 or so). I live in Spain and am
looking for a nice internet support group

Is there anywhere i can find information on the use of

A Mom in Need of Workout Help <br>by Liz
Neporent<br><br><br>If losing weight were merely a matter of calories in
vs. calories out, then we'd have figured out the
get-slim-quick formula long ago. You, for instance, may gain
weight more easily and have a harder time dropping
pounds than some of your friends. Why? Because your body
stores calories more efficiently. Blame it on your
ancestors; the very genes that helped them survive long
periods of famine are a liability in today's world of
plentiful, high-fat temptations and labor-saving devices.
<br><br>Still, it is possible to win at the losing game. It
takes a little experimentation and a lot of patience.
Perhaps it will help you to think of losing weight as
taking a long and winding journey just as you're
learning how to read a map: You know your destination but
you might have to go down a few blind alleys before
you find the correct path. <br><br>Here we give you
Fit by Friday's immutable weight-loss laws. They may
not resemble the radical rules of most fad diets, but
if you heed them, you've got a good chance of
cracking the weight-loss code. <br><br><br>Give both
eating habits and exercise top billing. You cannot,
repeat cannot, lose weight without watching what you eat
and getting your butt in gear. Most people who
achieve long-term weight-loss success do so with a
combination of changed eating habits and increased exercise.
The National Weight Control Registry, a database that
tracks thousands of successful losers, reports that 80
percent of those who drop pounds and keep them off
long-term make significant changes in both food intake and
activity levels. <br>Portion control is key. It's not what
you eat but how much. Contrary to what some low-carb
diet gurus will have you believe, it's not pasta that
makes you fat, it's the fact that you eat enough of it
at one sitting to feed a small village. By limiting
portion sizes you can still indulge in the foods you love
because you won't overindulge. <br>Walking works. In
spite of its wimpy reputation, walking is an excellent
weight-loss workout because it's easy to do, requires little
equipment and is kind to your body. You burn roughly 100
calories a mile. To ignite your calorie burn even more,
walk up hills, move faster, or alternate walking with
brief periods of running. <br>Keep a journal. Most
people underestimate how much they eat and overestimate
how much they move. Writing it down in a daily
journal keeps you honest and can be a real eye-opener as
your health patterns emerge. <br>Drink up. We're
referring to water, nature's original diet drink. No
calories, very filling, tastes great. Sipping H2O before
and during meals helps take the edge off of hunger
and fills you up faster. On the flip side, stay away
from high-calorie colas, sugary drinks and alcohol.
Liquid calories can add up faster than you can say,
'Supersize my Slurpee please.' <br>Graze, don't gorge.
Eating smaller, more frequent meals (four to six per
day) keeps hunger under control and your blood sugar
levels from dipping and spiking like a roller coaster
ride. You're also less likely to pig out than when you
eat three larger squares a day with long periods of
time in between. <br>Lose the quick-fix mentality.
Accept the fact that fad diets don't work and that there
are no short cuts to permanent weight loss. Losing
weight, like any other goal that means something, takes
dedication and hard work. Sure you'll have setbacks and
encounter stumbling blocks along the way, but that doesn't
mean you can't do it. The end result is worth it.

I read a quote from<br>Oprah last night that
really spoke to me:<br>Who do you want to be?<br>I want
to be a person who keeps her word. This vision
compels me to stick to<br>my exercise routine, though I
still don't like it one bit. I used to pray<br>for
discipline. I thought if I prayed long and hard enough, one
day(maybe<br>Monday, when my new diet started) I'd have it. But it
wasn't until I made<br>the decision to be true to my
word that my prayers were answered. I began to<br>work
out every morning wether I wanted to or not. And
before long, I began<br>to behave and look like a
disciplined person.<br><br>You could substitute any number of
things for work out and get the same<br>meaning.
