I read a quote from<br>Oprah last night that
really spoke to me:<br>Who do you want to be?<br>I want
to be a person who keeps her word. This vision
compels me to stick to<br>my exercise routine, though I
still don't like it one bit. I used to pray<br>for
discipline. I thought if I prayed long and hard enough, one
day(maybe<br>Monday, when my new diet started) I'd have it. But it
wasn't until I made<br>the decision to be true to my
word that my prayers were answered. I began to<br>work
out every morning wether I wanted to or not. And
before long, I began<br>to behave and look like a
disciplined person.<br><br>You could substitute any number of
things for work out and get the same<br>meaning.
