Welcome to the APTA of MA e-group. This e-group is provided as a benefit to members belonging to the APTA of MA. It is designed to facilitate the dissemination of information and the exchange of ideas regarding the practice of physical therapy.

Important - Please keep in mind that the egroup works by sending all messages posted to the entire group. Everyone receives each message and all replies to that email. Clicking "reply" will send your message to about 1000 of your colleagues! If you would like to respond to the individual simply copy the individual’s email address, which appears in the ‘from’ line, then send a personal message directly to them.

Job Announcements - Notices shall be published on Fridays only. ‘Job Notice’ shall be put on the subject line along with the city/town or area of the position being offered.

Discussion - The group welcomes discussion that is professional and respectful in nature. We welcome debate, but we ask that you consider this a public forum. Also, remember that electronic communication can often be misinterpreted without knowing the tone of voice or body language that we are used to receiving with other messages.

When posting a message please identify yourself with your full name and credentials. Please make your subject line as specific as possible.

In certain circumstance it may be is unlawful to discuss wages and reimbursement rates on this egroup. Therefore, discussion regarding salaries and benefits is prohibited.
