Hi Liz,
Julia has suffered off an on from terrible constipation. The best med we have
found is Miralax. You don't need to drink it with more than a glass of water and
once you clear the constipation you can slowly go down on the dose or stay on a
low dose without effecting electrolytes. We had a difficult time getting it in
Toronto, but I understand that it is readily available in the US.
We hope that James feels better soon!

Hi all,

I know I asked about this sometime last year but since then my computer died and
I have to admit I can’t remember what you all said. James suffers from
chronic constipation and is having a particularly bad time of it at the moment.
Does anyone who also suffers from this have any suggestions for effective
treatment?
