Julia, what you describe is yeast in your stomach. People talk about this from time to time on this list serve. I just tried to do a quick google search for you, but nothing that good came up. Perhaps you may want to check that out, because it is pretty easily treated once diagnosed.

I was diagnosed with Pernicious Anemia most recently in 2002 and think it's related to that - I know there are some with malabsorption and PA - but I'm curious of their symptoms - Basically for me, my stomach burns when I eat - it's very tender - I get full and nauseous quickly, and my lower GI has stabbing pains and is very active (uncomfortable bloating) - I have always dealth with constipation since I was little, but this is much worse - I'm just kind of stumped and am starting to lose weight because I'm not getting adequate calories in.
Thanks for your input - I'm gonna keep researching and calling my doctor (of whom has still not called me back!! ARGH!)
