Sounds like you have and are having a really awful time. I will cut
right to the chase because you need resources quickly.
In Canada I know of Dr. Cherie Deal:

Dr. Deal has worked with many children who have APS 1 and is an
excellent resource.

My daughter's doctor is Noel Maclaren and he is wonderful and has
done extensive research in th APS 1. His phone number is 212-371-
0658. I am sure he will speak with you and help you in any way he
can.

There is also Dr. Karen Winer at the National Insitute of Health.
She follows many of the children whoses moms post here and has been
very willing to help me out in the past. Perhaps one of the other
moms will post her phone number for you

I have not read or heard about lung involvement as part of this
disease.

Please let us now Julia makes out and we can be of further
assitance. I am sure the other moms in this group wil also respond
with their resources and when things have calmed down we can
introduce ourselves properly.
