Merhaba,
Bu grup 3,5 yaşında bir kızı olup doğum sonrası Yoga'nın faydalarından yararlanmış bir anne olarak Vivekenanda Üniversitesi'nin "Pozitif Sağlık için Yoga" adlı sertifika programını "Çocuklar Neden Yoga Yapmalı" adlı tezle tamamlamış olan Yoga eğitmeni Burçak Alkanlı'nın öğrencileri ve bu konu ile amatörce ilgilenen kişilerin katıldığı bir tartışma ve öğrenme grubudur.
Özellikle hamile kalmak isteyen kadınlar, hamileler ve doğum sonrası toparlanmak isteyen annelere yönelik yoga terapi programları tartışılacaktır.
