Hi Allison,

Sarah wears a bracelet with a link chain. She doesn't tolerate necklaces
at all (it took a couple of months of 'work' for her to tolerate the bracelet).
I would also worry about strangulation with a necklace. Sarah can undo velcro,
so that wasn't an option for us, either. A couple of mornings ago, Sarah
came to me with her sleeve pushed up nearly to her shoulder and rubbing her
hand up and down her arm -- her bracelet had come off in bed -- she missed
it!:) One of the links that attached to the emblem had separated.
