I wish I'd written this but I found it on another recovery list I belong to and
wanted to share it:


Heard this in a meeting: "Trust God but tie up your camel"

Heard another one: "I had an ego that would kill a lessor man"


I've been enjoying much relief from my symptoms of codependency and now feel
selfish. When I first joined these lists, I was in pain.
Now that I'm not in pain, it seems selfish for me to stop lurking/reading/
posting etc.

So my new years resolution in the making is to post more often.
