I just found out my little dog Buster who was almost 14, was put
down Tuesday night. I am so sad that I wasn't there for him and not
told about his passing. I know Patti and Ruth were with him and I let
Ruth know I loved that little critter so much and have been missing him
since the divorce. I remember bringing him home when he was 6 weeks
old. No bigger than the palm of my hand. He had to sleep in the bed
with us from the first night till he got used to being in his own bed.
I was so lucky to be able to potty train him by letting him out every 2
hrs day or night. It took 2 weeks to get him to go out side. He loved
walks at the river and loved looking for mice and things, like the big
hunter he was. I worked second shift for a lot of years and he was
always ready for our nightly walks rain or snow. He loved all of us so
much. I just wished I could have seem him after the divorce, but he was
used as a pawn in that game, Thats my opinion though. I am so glad I
did have a lot of years with him....
