Tomorrows the day - we'll all be thinking of you. With a shoulder out
of commission I hope it doesn't keep you from posting for too long.
Don't blame you for putting it off. It looks like you've had a pretty
busy summer to do first!

The Fair ended here Saturday. Summer's about over. Time to get ready
for winter. Just in time too. My water heater went about a week ago
and I sure was glad that it decided to kick it in the summer! Made
the whole process a lot easier. Motivated me to get under the trailer
and clear it out and make plans to put in some more insulation. I
really dreaded crawling under there, but once I was doing it I found
it wasn't so bad.

This month I celebrate 25 years. And this year I want that medallion.
I haven't celebrated in a couple of years, but I really want this
one. Maybe because when I first got sober anyone with more than 2
years was like GOD to me. I just couldn't imagine anyone, never mind
ME, going that long without a drink. I'm still human, full of faults,
but I'm still sober, and very happy - and no longer surprised that I'm
happy, either. I just don't ever want to take it for granted.
