I am sitting here a little anxious about my newest surgery. I did have
a good talk with my councelor yesterday so that helps..I have let all
medical personel know of my past addictins and me needing their help as
that of My Girl friend. In my recovery..I always think a head making
plans to keep me in touch with my sobriety. Nothing is going to get in
the way of me staying clean...I have a very strong foundation because
that is what you need to fight this. You have to realize that this
addiction is a sneaky little bugger and will jump right in when your at
your weakest..So having a back up plan is needed. I hope this may help
some one who is going to go thru what I am about to do..This will be my
5th shoulder surgery. I will let you all know how I am in a few
