Hi everybody,

It was nice talking to you last night Red and it helped talking to
someone openly and honestly about how I'm feeling about
everything...so thanks for being there :) I'll be praying for you
when you have your surgery, let us know how you're doing.

Things are going okay here...I don't remember when I last updated
ya'll on how things are going here on my end...my oldest son
graduated high school and my daughter graduated college..now just one
more (my baby) to get through high school and as always he's the one
I'm going to have to stay on top of.I've already made contact with
the counselor and principal though and his attitude is getting a bit
better than it was last year so...hopefully he'll graduate on time
next June.

I did have a little episode with my oldest son last week-when he
informed me that he was moving out because he didn't have to have
rules now since he graduated and is 18!! Well, I let him know that
was not going to happen as long as he was under our roof..I had a
long talk with him and then gave him my blessing~along with his
bills...he decided it would be best to stay home and follow my rules
for awhile :)

Hubby graduated his program last week and is still doing his meetings
but...I don't know what to think ~ I just don't feel that he is
really serious...we'll see what happens when the judge releases him.
He is sooo freakin lucky that they didn't hit him with three strikes,
like they did this other dude who was in court...and the only reason
they didn't was because he hasn't been in trouble for over ten
years..that came straight from the judges mouth..BUT..did he take
heed to them hauling the guy off for 25 to life?? Nope, he pushed his
luck and went out and used again after that. AND get this, the judge
granted him use of his "medical cannibas"!!!! UGH!!! You know I
wanted to get up there and give that judge a piece of my mind but
didn't want to land my butt in jail. Any thoughts about recovery and
the use of medical cannibas?

I've been doing alot of soul searching,journaling and praying trying
to figure out if I can really live with this uncertainty and lack of
trust~I'm strong in my recovery and if I wanted to live that life I'd
kept on doing all of my own sh**. I've been clean and sober since
Jan 7, 1990...and look forward to many more clean and sober years to
come!!!

I have tons of new pics and I want to show ya'll my sweet little
grandbaby...so I'll post pics some tomorrow.
