Hello Linda and thanks for your post. I agree with you that your life
gets worse when your sober...I love having a clear head, money in my
pocket and not having to worry about how I can afford any thing to
drink or drug. I realize life is to dam short to let it slip by any
longer than I did. I was 16 when I started my downward spiral and
woke up at 41..where did it all go.. Lost friends..broke..living in
shacks like white trash and not caring about it...Now I can wake up
and be thankful even on those bad days because I know nothing will
ever make me go back to that life..If I did..I would be dead and
thats a fact..Thank you so much for your post....Mike
