Re: HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!

Why, thank you Mike! And I did have a great day. My son called and
we talked a long time. My daughter and I went and picked up some
fresh corn, a good steak, and a pretty cake and we had a nice little
bbq. We just hung out together a while. Made fire by the pond and
roasted marshmallows. Sat a while under blankets when it got cooler
and talked. Couldn't have been better.

I am so very grateful for the program and the changes made in my life.
When I was active, life just sort of happened 'to' me. My response
to anything was just to drink. Drink and find someone else to be
responsible. I have learned that I can just push through any fear and
come out just fine. I have to say, too, that any 'fear' that does
come up now is nothing like the paralyzing mind numbing terror that I
used to experience! I don't usually get what I want - thank God! My
needs are met, and I can choose not to worry today.
