well seems like no one is home anymore. I hope everyone is doing
great. Summer is here and the parties will be in full bloom. I know on
those hot ass days you may want a nice cold beer..STOP, THINK..
Think past that thought and remember where that will take you. You will
have others ask you ..oh come on..just have one it can't hurt...STOP &
Think..There is no such thing as just one of any thing for us...This is
what works for me..Thinking past the thought of that first drink or
drug and remembering where I was those many one day at a times ago..I
was almost dead after being on a 6 month beinge...I fight each day of
my 12 years of my recovery and will never let my guard down..So
remember..you have the control over your drinking and drugging..don't
let pier pressure get to you...Have fun this summer ok?...Love
