Noahs story

My husband and i went in for a routine ultrasound and of course to
find out the sex of our child. We were laughing and joking the morning
drive away. It was my 21st birthday that day. when the third person
came in to look at my ultrasound i became a bit scared. Then the
radiologist told us, you fetus has anencephaly. Exactly like that. I
thought fetus? I have a baby not a fetus. after crying we went to
pick up our daughter and wait to hear from the midwives. We hadnt
decided what to do yet. Carry to term or induce. then i started
cramping and spotting. Labor didnt really start until Tuesday late
afternoon. the labour was intense. Noah was born at 12:28am wed
morning and lived a few minutes. He was 8.5inches long and weighed
7.2ounces. He is our beautiful little boy.

Thanks for reading our story and i am glad i found somewhere to talk
to people who have had the same experience.

Kaisha and Ricky
