To all those of you out there struggling with the loss of a baby with
anencephaly, I wanted to give you all a little boost.

I lost a baby to anencephaly at 15 weeks 1/13/05. It was a very
trying time for me and I will never forget it. But, I now have a
beautiful little boy born in perfect health on 11/17/05. My pregnancy
was very scary due to my past experience but I took 4 MG Folic Acid,
went for numerous sonograms, Nuchal Testing, Genetic Testing and
others and thank g-d everything came out well. I just want to
encourage all of you out there the way I was encouraged and given hope
by the members of this board. I thank each and every one of you for
giving me the courage to try again. There is hope out there and yes
it is possible to have a healthy baby after losing one to
anencephaly. We will never forget our lost ones but there is hope for
the future and I am proof of it.
