Re: [anencephaly] Are there any teen mothers out there who have lost a child?

Yes. Nicholas had anencephaly. I don't feel comfort here, but alot
of women here went full term, I didn't. They told me it could hurt
him if I did, and I didn't want to hurt him or have him suffer
anymore. He was so beautiful. The hardest part is going back to
school with no tummy, and getting so many questions, It hard for me
to take about it, I just can't wait to graduate this May and school
to be over. One reason I asked that question is I wanted to know how
other women like me went through this at school, I went through my
miscarriage, but I feel like I can't go through this at school
again, I just want to be home with my family, alot of girls my age
don't understand, thats another reason it makes it so hard. Its nice
to be somewhere and be able to share my feelings openly, thank you.

Nicholas's Mom,
Ashley
