Hey everyone
Hey there everyone. I haven't posted in quite a while. Just wanted to
let everyone know that last Saturday November 6th I had a baby girl.
Kyleigh Shaye was born at 4pm weighing in at a whopping 10lbs 5oz and
22 inches long. She is doing great. She had a little difficulty
coming out though. Her right shoulder got stuck on my pelvis so a
nurse had to push down on my stomach to free it. They were afraid it
had gotten fractured in the process, but they took some x-rays and it
came back clear. It's just a little sore. She hasn't been moving it
too much, but she went to the doctor yesterday to have it looked at
and he said it had made some improvement. Although she still may need
to go to physical therapy to strengthen it some more. That will be
decided after her 2 week check-up on the 19th. Other than that all is
good with her. And I am doing ok too. Sore of course, but getting
better. And just in case anyone is wondering, I had her vaginally,
not by c-section. My doctor had her figured to weigh 8-9lbs. When she
was weighed and we found out how big she was everyone just stopped
and looked at the nurse. We couldn't believe it. But I guess that
when you have GD, a bigger baby is expected. Anyway, I just wanted to
say hi and tell everyone about her.
