Congress Set to Pass Law Eliminating Liability For Vaccine Injuries
19 Oct 2005 The National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC) is calling
the "Biodefense and Pandemic Vaccine and Drug Development Act of
2005" (S. 1873), which passed out of the U.S. Senate HELP Committee
one day after it was introduced "a drug company stockholder's dream
and a consumer's worst nightmare." ...The bill establishes the
Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Agency (BARDA), as the
single point of authority within the government for the advanced
research and development of drugs and vaccines in response to
bioterrorism and natural disease outbreaks such as the flu. BARDA
will operate in secret, exempt from the Freedom of Information Act
and the Federal Advisory Committee Act, insuring that no evidence of
injuries or deaths caused by drugs and vaccines labeled
as "countermeasures" will become public.

Thought I would write an update on me :)

I have had biocompatibtility test with diamondlite, and it's come
back positive, so I can go ahead and have my fillings replaced :)

I need to have root canal tooth out first, which I am going to have
done within the next few weeks. Then I can have my other 7 fillings
replaced.

Very recently I was diagnosed with PCOS. I am not convinced I have
it, though, but that it might be caused by mercury toxicity. I am
convinced I have mercury toxicity because I have so many symptoms.

I was thinking of claiming compensation from BDFH for putting toxin
in my body by uninformed consent, but it's proving very complex
process and possibly only incur more expense, so I've had to forget
it. But it's totally scandalous what has been done to people, and is
continuing to be done, and I will never again vote for a Labour
Government!

I just received the following letter from one of our members today.
This is an extremely serious situation and we need to act quickly.
This is worse that the US' Homeland Security bill. If you live in WA,
please make an appointment to go and see your local member - take
others with you for support. If you live in any other state, please
write to your member and request that they find out if similar
legislation is planned there and if it is, tell them in no uncertain
terms that you do NOT support these draconian rules and that the
parents must always be the final word when it comes to the health of
their children - not the state. In addition, if psychiatric treatment
can be mandated against the wishes of parents, and if the government
sets a precedent in saying that parents do not have the best
interests of their children at heart, how much of a guess is it to
assume that vaccines, ritalin and other pharmaceutical products.

Dear Meryl,

I write with grave concern about the forthcoming proposed legislation
in WA in the Review of the Mental Health Act 1996, due for
parliamentary consideration in February 2006, which is recommending
that children can be detained and given involuntary psychiatric
treatment based on the decision of a psychiatrist and without consent
of a parent. This could include the forcible use of drugs, restraint,
seclusion and, for children over twelve, electro-convulsive treatment
(ECT).

Given the overzealous practice of psychiatric labeling and drug
prescription by psychiatrists, particularly in WA, it is frightening
that we are expected, on government orders, to legally entrust
psychiatrists with the power to do what they will with our children,
all in the name of their welfare.

In a letter from the Premier's Office vaguely responding to my
concern and justifying the proposal, it was stated that, "a parent
may not act in the best interest of a child or adolescent and the
child is entitled to proper care and treatment". So, in the context
of generalised distrust of parents, psychiatrists are handed full
authority to make such decisions with unquestionable trust of the
profession. Too often, psychiatrists act on behalf of blind or
bigoted practices or loyal affiliation to the drug companies that
drive and reward their practice. I have no doubt that most medical
and psychiatric practice runs on the propaganda and handout of these
companies in the interests of the dollar, not the interests of the
welfare of us or our children.

Are other states also experiencing such legislative proposals and is
there any campaigning or information around this? What association, I
wonder, does it have with the current Federal proposal to introduce
compulsory biannual Mental Health testing of our children (and later
adults) with the power of involuntary treatment. (ed note - this
legislation has already been considered in the US and as far as I
know, it has passed through Congress - if anyone has more information
on the situation in the States or elsewhere with legislation like
this, please write and let me know). It also seems to tie in with
parents being charged with neglect for choosing unorthodox medical
treatment. These seems to be a direct attack fromm all angles on our
right as citizens to make our own informed choices in medical and
psychiatric care and a particular targeting of children with the
eradication of parental rights. In the name of sanity, can we stop
this?

Unfortunatey, I don't know of any websites that provide this
information.

The good news is I have found it in a couple excellent books. The
information about this particular subject (mercury toxicity
indicators in blood work) is not comprehensive in each book, but each
book does cover it in enough depth to give the most common cases a
good degree of confirmation.

The information consumes several pages typed in both books so it's
too long to post here plus that would be a copyright violation, but
if you're interested, I have both of these books and they're the best
I've found on the subject. In fact, of the 8 health-books on my desk,
these books consume 2 of the 8 slots.

The Organic Consumers Association (OCA) needs your immediate help to
stop Congress and the Bush administration from seriously degrading
organic standards. After 35 years of hard work, the U.S. organic
community has built up a multi-billion dollar alternative to
industrial agriculture, based upon strict organic standards and
organic community control over modification to these standards.

Now, large corporations such as Kraft & Dean Foods--aided and abetted
by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), are moving to lower
organic standards by allowing a Bush appointee to create a list of
synthetic ingredients that would be allowed organic production. Even
worse these proposed regulatory changes will reduce future public
discussion and input and take away the National Organic Standards
Board's (NOSB) traditional lead jurisdiction in setting standards.
What this means, in blunt terms. is that USDA bureaucrats and
industry lobbyists, not consumers, will now have more control over
what can go into organic foods and products.

This week, acting in haste and near-total secrecy, the U.S. Senate
will vote on a "rider" to the 2006 Agriculture Appropriations Bill
that will reduce control over organic standards from the National
Standards Board and put this control in the hands of federal
bureaucrats in the USDA (remember the USDA proposal in 1997-98 that
said that genetic engineering, toxic sludge, and food irradiation
would be OK on organic farms, or USDA suggestions in 2004 that
heretofore banned pesticides, hormones, tainted feeds, and animal
drugs would be OK?).

For the past week in Washington, OCA has been urging members of the
Senate not to reopen and subvert the federal statute that governs
U.S. Organic standards (the Organic Food Production Act - OFPA), but
rather to let the organic community and the National Organic
Standards resolve our differences over issues like synthetics and
animal feed internally, and then proceed to a open public comment
period. Unfortunately most Senators seem to be listening to industry
lobbyists more closely than to us. We need to raise our voices.

In the past, grassroots mobilization and mass pressure by organic
consumers have been able to stop the USDA and Congress from degrading
organic standards. This time Washington insiders tell us that
the "fix is is already in." So we must take decisive action now. We
need you to call your U.S. Senators today. We need you to sign the
following petition and send it to everyone you know. We also
desperately need funds to head off this attack in the weeks and

GlaxoSmithKline's new flu vaccine Fluarix was approved Wednesday for
sale in the USA this fall under an accelerated FDA approval process.
Another flu vaccine manufacturer, Chiron, moved closer to getting their
license back; it was suspended when their flu vaccine was found to be
contaminated with bacteria.

Chiron's license was suspended by British regulators in October, and
the FDA barred U.S. distribution of the vaccine, cutting the nation's
expected supply of flu vaccine in half.

GlaxoSmithKline expects to distribute 8 million doses of Fluarix and
will begin shipping immediately. Chiron, if its vaccine is re-approved,
could supply 18 million to 26 million doses of Fluvirin.

Good for you!

I hope the doc knows how to find mercury signatures. Most do not and
it's not simple.

After suffering horribly with autoimmune and neuromuscular disease,
having each and every body system and orifice I have scanned, poked,
prodded and heaven knows what else I finally got my neurologist (#5 in
1 1/2 yrs) to get me checked for heavy metals!

Now my neuro ordered a blood test but when I mentioned it to my PCP
she said there is also a 24 hour urine test.  I had the blood drawn
today Russ but if you think it necessary I will demand the urine as
well.

I am so eager to see the results of this test I can't stand the wait.
They should be in the middle of the week so I'm hanging tight.

Following is a letter that Nina sent to her Dentist. She has given me
permission to post it online so others may learn from it and avoid
suffering the same fate.

Dr. Dana,

I am writing this letter to inform you of the consequences of my
visit to your office which took place on 2/08/05 following a
procedure of having two existing Amalgam fillings removed and
replaced with new materials.

I walked in that day to your office a reasonably healthy 27 year old
weighing at about 127lbs. The procedure that you preformed involved
drilling out the two amalgam fillings (It is common knowledge that
these unsafe fillings contain mercury.) Thus by drilling the amalgam
fillings out you have exposed me to the dangerous vapors of this
metal and I have also swallowed trace amounts of particles during
this procedure as no special care has been taken to remove these
dangerous fillings in a safe manner. Directly following this
procedure and the following few months, I had started to experience a
number of symptoms that include: insomnia, head pressure, nausea,
chest pain, digestive problems, diarrhea, kidney pain,
hallucinations, heavy sweats, heart pounding, twitching, fatigue,
anxiety and panic attacks, loss of appetite followed by loss of
weight (I am currently at 112 lbs).  As you can imagine this has
greatly impacted my ability to perform any every day functions as
well as continue my employment. I have visited numerous doctors who
in turn could not find an explanation for these symptoms as I did not
appear to suffer from any 'conventional' illness, until I was tested
for heavy metal toxicity and found positive.

At this time I ask you that you stop performing this unsafe removal
procedure on any patient that come to you for assistance on such a
service and to educate yourself and your staff on dangerous of
amalgam fillings and consequences of having them removed improperly.
I do wonder if you would have preformed the same procedure if your
own child was sitting in that chair instead of me that day? I would
certainly hope not.

Furthermore, even though you cannot compensate me for over 4 months
of misery that I have endured and continue to endure I do ask that
you reimburse me for the procedure that you did on that day as well
as compensate me for my visit to the ER due to a massive kidney pain
I experienced as well as my inability to continue my employment for a
period of 30 days.

The procedure you charged me for you will be able to find in your
records, I believe was in the amount of $108

Finally, I would like to say that it is sad that we live in a day and
age where the health industry in United States has become so profit
driven, that health of the population has become only secondary
motive to perform services. For example, even though your office took
no precautions to dispose of my amalgam fillings in safe manner, I
was repeatedly asked by your staff weather I wanted to 'buy' your
procedure called 'Zoom' that is whitening and bleaching of the teeth
and is purely a cosmetic procedure that most human beings do not need
for any health benefit. This procedure of $400 was offered to me on
more than one occasion even though I clearly had no need or interest
to get this done.

I sincerely hope this letter will make you consider that the motives
of your office are not entirely ethical and I asked to be reimbursed
for the irreversible damage you have done to my health.

Triglycerides...

"I have seen cases in which glucose and cholesterol are in the proper
range while the triglyceride level is elevated 100 to 300 points.
This is quite a movement, since the desired range is 100 micrograms
or less per 100 milliliters of blood. A difference of several hundred
percent is quite significant when it concerns something that tends to
make the blood serum thick. **>This is often due to the body's
response to the presence of mercury<**. In some of these cases, the
triglyceride level later dropped 200 points within three days after
amalgam removal. In other cases, emotional stress will cause several
hundred points of elevation. This is where a doctor has to balance
nutrition against emotional stress against mercury in making a
diagnostic judgement. When mercury is causing a problem with
triglycerides, theough, changes are dramitic and fast following
proper amalgam removal and replacement with compatible substances."

There are also references in Huggins materials that cite low
cholesterol as a mercury marker. It seems that cholesterol can be
influenced either way by mercury depending on diet and genetics.


Heart Disease or Diabetes

Mercury blocks your ability to methylate B12 by interfering with the
enzyme methionine synthase. The methylation of B12 is necessary to
utilize homocysteine (and ironically glutathoine). This causes
homocysteine to become elevated.


"Homocysteine is an amino acid in the blood. Too much of it is
related to a higher risk of coronary heart disease, stroke and
peripheral vascular disease (fatty deposits in peripheral arteries)."

"Evidence suggests that homocysteine may promote atherosclerosis
(fatty deposits in blood vessels) by damaging the inner lining of
arteries and promoting blood clots. However, a causal link hasn't
been established."

It's very interesting to note that Thimerosal (the vaccine
preservative) in inhibiting the methylation of B12, eventually
results in the inability to methylate DNA, RNA and various proteins
which is characteristic of autistic children. In other words, mercury
(in Thimerosal—the vaccine preservative) very likely causes autism.

You are not alone. Vaccines are causing harm to countless people.

I thought I'd just mention a few things so you can protect yourself
in the future:

- The red coloring in tattoos often contain mercury

- The red coloring in dentures often contain mercury

If you have these teeth removed, consider taking supplements to help
with your symptoms and to remove the mercury. I interact with natural-
health practitioners all over the country and they are doing amazing
things with herbs, vitamins and homeopathics.

and made all the difference in the world.

I take a whey protein supplement for the cysteine (sulphur-bearing
amino acid) which helps chelate mercury slowly and gently. I use
algin to prevent redistribution while detoxing, although I'm 90% or
more recovered now. I had my amalgams removed in July, 2000.

Forgot to mention...

I run in the alternative medicine circles. Here, it's well-known that
mercury in vaccines is causing autism. Even more, big pharma knew it

I can relate to your anger, although my issues are not now as serious
as yours are. I had the majority of my life stolen from me by the
mercury in my silver fillings.

I lived with secret depression and secret suicidal thoughts and
feelings all my life and developed a myriad of health issues
beginning in my early thirties. I lived all of my life extremely shy
(mercury induced) and withdrawn and am still single because of it.

I could go on and on but the bottom line is this: "Modern medicine"
causes my life to be ruined up until now, although I'm 95% recovered,
I still have to take precautions and suffer from time to time.

Funny thing is, I don't believe I ever had a cavity.
