Heather have you looked at any of the link's Russ has on the site? There is One report from a Congresswoman or a Senator as to why you will never see anyone stand up and declare the obvious about amalgam fillings. Read it.
Saving my pennies to afford three grand worth of teeth removal, Jinny
-------Original Message-------
I'm seeing a holistic dentist next week, which I am relieved about.
I've decided to go private and pay for this myself, as I don't think
I will get any sense from the medical or dental community. I had
literature today from my doctor, which just towed the government line
that the fillings pose "no significant risk to health". That is
extremely vague. What do they class as "sgnificant"? Only death? What
about allergies, fatigue, neurological problems?
They admitted the mercury leaks in to the body, but that it's not
harmful. Right, leakage of toxic material into the body is not
dangerous.
Interestingly, the literature said that alternatives might contain
oestradiols, used in sealants (like Bisphenol B) which have been
linked to infertility in men and prostate and breast cancer as they
leak oestrogen into the body. I had some sealants done as a child,
and it might explain the high estrogen in my body, aswell as my
amenorrhea (sp). I think it might explain a lot of "inexplicable"
stops in menstrual cycles.
I am so mad at the way this is all covered up, but my main emotion
right now is relief that I have a dentist so close who is going to
take this seriously and never uses mercury.
