My childhood dentist died very young of what was diagnosed as some sort of leukemia (blood disorder).  Many of them die from Hg poisoning but it is always attributed to other or unknown causes.  He worked with bare hands and never wore a mask for years.  I was dx'ed with MS shortly after he placed a gold bridge in my mouth next to all the amalgam.  I have heard that a high number of dentists get MS but I was unable to  find anything much on the internet about it.  Somebody is definitely trying to keep this under wraps!
