When I first got onto the Freedom Force website a few years ago, I

for the better part of a week, recognizing it for the tremendous

DC TRIP UPDATE

Also........ for those who wonder whats happening regarding my plans
to return to Washington DC to continue pushing for congressional
Oversight on the FDA's Trilateral Cooperation Charter- here is an update:

Maureen Salaman, former President of the National Health Federation
died a few months ago. This left my colleague Scott Tips, NHF legal
counsel, carrying a much bigger load than he's ever had to carry
before as he is now President, Treasurer, Legal Counsel, and Editor of
the Health Freedom News- all wrapped into one. He's also the executor
of Salaman's will. So he's been snowed, which has delayed my getting
an all important REPORT from him that I will need to carry with me to
Capital Hill.

The REPORT that Scott is busy writing is a RESPONSE to FDA's reply to
the letter that Congressman Ron Paul sent them which demands a legal
explanation of how FDA is supposedly not violating the law with the
Trilateral Cooperation Charter.

(FDA responded to this letter with 7 pages of carefully constructed
SPIN, all couched in complex legaleze.) After months of Scotts' being
submerged, I did my OWN legal research on FDA's reply, and did a lot
of legwork to assist Scott who is now polishing off an article which
will cut FDA's spin to SHREADS!!

Once I have THAT in my hand, I can go back to Capital Hill, but I
can't go without it because we wouldn't have a peg on which to hang
our hat. I'm hoping Scott will have this article finished in time for
the conference call on Sunday.
