Dear Health Freedom Advocates across the Country:

Last night, December 6th, the AER bill PASSED the Senate on the
consent calendar and was sent over to the House. It is not on the

A CHANCE STILL EXISTS THAT it could be heard or tacked on to another

Here's what to do now:

When you make contact, tell them
+ that you know that dietary supplements are nutrients with good food
regulations in the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act,
+ that they should not be treated as risky drugs,
+ that you want them to continue to be treated as foods and
+ that the government has the burden to show harm before they put
more onerous regulations on them.
