Actually, the process of determining if you have mercury poisoning is
not easy.
If you go to a conventional doctor, they will typically perform a
blood test. If you are in stage 1 or stage 2 mercury toxicity, this
test will show very low mercury. This is because your body—
specifically sulphur-rich areas—absorb mercury and so it does not
appear in blood, urine or hair. Unfortunately, the vast majority of
conventional doctors do not know this. Only when you are in stage 3
will these test come back positive, but usually by then, many people
are quite sick already.
You can use hair tests but you have to search for signatures of
mercury rather than just mercury itself for the same reason mentioned
above. An example of a signature is high blood calcium. Here is a

You can also use a urine test and look for high porphrins. This is a
