Blood and urine tests underestimate hg poisoning from fillings. This
is because mercury poisoning is cummulative. Thus, even if your
hair, blood and urine levels are'nt that high, levels in your
pituitary, kidneys, thyroid, amygdala ,brain, etc. are high if you have
several fillings ,esp.if tou have TMJ,chew gum often and/or have high
copper fillings.Studies on cadavers show a correlation between # of
fillings and hg level in the brain etc. Studies show a 1500 % increase
in hg vapor after chewing in subjects with several hg fillings and no
increase after chewing in subjects with no fillings. Levels remained
elevated for 90 minutes. Much of the hg never gets in blood because it
goes right to the brain.
