I just saw your post and thought I'd respond.

I believe safe removal is best because as long as the fillings are
in, they are emitting mercury. Here is a link you need to check out:

My friend, Amy, had fibromyalgia and got over the symptoms of it by
removing some/most of her fillings. She is actually the person who

Make sure you have amalgam removed from a dentist specially trained
in removal because you can be exposed to large amounts of mercury if
special safety precautions are not taken.
